outrageous Celebrity blog #2

Rod Stewart demands that his room have no light for his afternoon nap. The biological perspective might say that light effecthis RAS, which would be sensitive, and wake him up or cause him to be unable to sleep. The sociocultural perspective would say that when he was a child during the day he would be put to sleep with no light in his house, as were many of his friends, now causing him to think that it is only accectable with no light.  Cognitive perspective would say that he thinks that he can only sleep with no light, so he can only sleep with no light. Behavioral perspective would see that he only sleeps with no light and try to change that, by teaching him to sleep with light. Humanist  perspective would say that he can sleep well with no light that he make better songs and work with his "crew" better and fell loved. Psychodynamic Perspective would say that he unconsciously fears the light and needs "nap time" with no light to act normally.

  1. Let's talk about your "Perspectives" post together. You simply list behaviors - the objective was to list behaviors and then to explain them based on the different perspectives.

    Example:
Biological: Rod Stewart's RAS, the part of his brain responsible for arousal & wakefullness, is very sensitive. Because of this he requires the room to be totally dark.

The psychodynamic perspective is right on though!
